Legacy Gaming Repair was born out of frustration with overpriced, unreliable repair shops — and a belief that gamers in Western NC deserve better.
How it started
It started the way most things do — with a broken console and no good options. After getting quoted outrageous prices at big-box repair shops for a fix that should have cost a fraction of that, I decided to learn how to do it myself.
What began as fixing my own gear quickly turned into helping friends, then friends of friends. Word spread through the local gaming community in Western NC, and Legacy Gaming Repair became a real thing.
Today, we handle everything from PS5 HDMI ports and stick drift to deep-level board repairs — all with the same commitment to honesty and precision that started this whole thing.
